Great learning experience but no work/life balanceThe good thingsYou will be hands-on and will handle projects and tasks beyond your level. Top managers are quite nice and easy to talk to plus you will learn to love the overall brand as well. Overall, your skills will be enhanced in just a few months. Also, the office building is new and with parking.
The challengesThe Wow culture is great for customers but bad for employees. Overtimes and overnights at the office are common plus there's this weird and unhealthy competition pushed toward new employees. There's a very quick lifespan of young employees. Top management is not very keen on trying new things, so proposing ideas will always be a challenge. Work is nonstop, even on weekends and holidays especially if you're in Marketing and Operations.
