    Good, but no career growth.
    The good thingsThey have adapted to WFH setup, but the catch is that you give away your work-life balance.
    The challengesOur department supervisor expects you to understand the procedure without providing you with adequate documentation or a briefing, which I find to be very unprofessional. Proper communication, toxic corporate politics, lack of genuine "Technical" and fundamental training for Quality Control. I have witnessed that they rely on too many metrics, which limits the employee's true potential.

    You will learn a lot by working here
    The good things1. They have great benefits for their employees (i.e. HMO, free food, etc.) 2. You have the opportunity to meet and work with very interesting people. 3. You will always learn new things, most of it are useful skills, while working in this company. 4. Work/life balance is there. It's not that stressful. It's not that lax either.
    The challengesNothing. I’ve enjoyed every day working here.
