    Poor culture, poor on-boarding program/training programs, little career growth
    The good thingsHiring process is easy to follow. Considerate in employment requirements.
    The challengesOn-boarding program did not even prepare me to be job-ready Your ratings are pulled down by uncontrollable KPIs Some colleagues even reject promotion because it's all additional work and very little salary increase

    The good thingsYou will never get bored! Its not the typical day-to-day job that will make you complete redundant tasks. The stuff we do here challenges us enough to bring our A-game and think out of the box.
    The challengesI'm not a person to hold anything against the company I work for because 1. there is no such thing as a perfect company and 2. There are minor stuff such as the office location but, its not much of a game changer.
