    Housekeeping Supervisor..when this word come up on my mind..i always tell myself the big responsibilty for being the leader of a group..but i always take as challenge for me.I always find a solution if there is problem in my team.
    The good thingsIt's really enjoying doing this job..every time i saw the area are very clean i feel it very comfortable..my workplace i always treat it like my home .and i always treat my staff like my family..even myself as Supervisor i always put myself as their older Sister.
    The challengesI didn't forgot my experience when my 6 staff absent, each of them having an area so what i did , I ask every staff who are present if they are busy or not and I ask their cooperation to help me to clean the six area..then we finish our duty without any problem.we do very well and thats the challenges i never forgot.

    One of the worst companies I have worked for in terms of top management's reporting line and employee treatment.
    The good thingsMy own colleagues who are also employees were the ones who gave me good company and camaraderie, this is the only thing I enjoyed working here.
    The challengesOrg structure is complicated as the family member owners give you instructions without considering the impact and the proper org reporting line giving the employee confusement as to who to follow or listen to. No clear company goals and directions makes one confused as to the role you are supposed to deliver and achieve. Today they want you to do this, the next day you will find yourself doing another contrasting thing as instructed by another owner superior.
