Just worked for the compensation and benefits but not experiencing so much career growth because the moods of the Korean managers are unpredictable. Most of the time, the way they scold their subordinate is bellow the belt.
The good thingsHigh compensation for probationary employees. There are Company events.
The challengesDealing with a narrow-minded HR Manager. He uses harsh words when he is mad and its not a good way of correcting employees mistakes. You need to have patience in understanding Korean culture because it is given more importance that Filipino culture. All Team Heads are Koreans even if there are Filipino employees who are far way better.

    PSPC Clark Pampanga
The good thingsThe salary is relatively higher as compared to other manufacturing companies in Clark. They also offer meal allowance which is nontaxable every month. Apart from the money matters, I think there are no more good things about PSPC.
The challengesThere is no succession planning. You have to wait for people to resign to learn new things. Some Korean Managers think that they are gods. They humiliate employees in front of everyone.
