    The good thingsCompany will train you to be resourceful and will test your limits Open-door policy, it's not hard to talk to upper management Policies are in place and well-implemented
    The challengesUpper management is good but the middle management tends to play politics Company scrimps on support group but extravagant towards sales 6-days work week

    People you work with are great professionals, especially in Business Process Department.
    The good thingsMy manager is so kind and approachable, and the team works well together. The atmosphere is light. You will develop yourself as a person, as a professional (skills) and as a part of a cool team.

    First work experience in manil
    The good thingsIt was my first job and my first time working in Manila. Learning in a different place and different people is an excellent and good way of practicing my social communication skills. I also get to learn the places on how to go and from Manila and all the independent skills of a first-timer. Great experience that made me a better person today.
    The challengesI just wish that I have a better salary then. I was renting a place to live, buying my own food, budgeting allowances and all. It was really difficult to adjust in the independent life. It taught me to be frugal and efficient on money matters. Another challenge I've faced is the culture of the place. Manila is such a fast-paced city where all the people are rushing going to and from a place.

    The good thingsThe people in the company are very friendly and accommodating. The employee will learn how to multi-task the jobs. The company has exposed me in my chosen field well.

    The good thingsServimax Technologies Inc. Is a good place to work at if you are a fresh graduate and is very much willing to learn. I learned how to work my way up, form my own work ethics, and learn about the IT Distribution industry. I also had the opportunity to travel due to my work. I had great time working closely with the Department Vice Presidents.
    The challengesThe location of the office was quite a challenge to attract excellent candidates.

    Past Job - Ultimate Experience
    The good thingsI learned a lot repairing computer motherboard, LCD monitor, printer, and especially laptop assembly. All Service Engineers are well equipped and highly skilled individual and really enjoyed my stay and until now they are still my mentors. thank you.
    The challengesIf they just increase the salary of the people, or add value by giving certification and trainings, the employees will be more happy to work everyday.
