    Absolutely a great opportunity to work with Servika Phils in line with Property Management. Management are brilliant, coz they hire the top caliber Property Managers and Engineers, but still need a room for improvement in their Management Structure. I was assigned in two Respective Property, I signed my turnovers to the new incoming Engineer but I never received turnover from outgoing Engineers🤔.

    The challengesEnvironment. So much stress from unit owners and co-admin. 8 hours plus half day on weekends

    The challengesMany challenges came, but as a person, if you know you can, even a thousand doubts go to your face, you can do well not because you think your perfect, but because you know a real winner is not a quitter.
