    one of the worst company i have been
    The good thingsexperience and challenges
    The challenges- the company is not sharing directions and no objective setting - no process improvements - you get surprised every time there's a performance evaluation with no improvement plans - comprehensive documentation, processes, and tools are valued over Individuals and interactions, in other words, the environment is not agile

    Most Promising Start-Up Company
    The good thingsI enjoy working in flexible hours and having the chance to suggest ideas directly to our company's president who is very approachable, considerate and supportive. We often have dinner with our boss to talk about life and future plans. This is only one of the many reasons why I love working in ServeCorp Pacific Inc.
    The challengesCurrently, we are working in a smaller space but still, the amenities are great as well as the location. Our office is close to convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops.
