    Working with Sentinel is not good because it has delayed salary and not fair with their employees compensation as long as their travel allowance and it has no benefits.

    The challengesThey didnt issue a Certificate Of Employment even you have requested before you end your contract as employee of a third party company. I already emailed Human Resource personnel for many times but they have no response.

    Worst Employer Ever !!!
    The good thingsIt gave me an opportunity to work in one of well-known Bank in our country. I gathered a lot of knowledge in Banking and Financing Industry. Because of knowledge that I learned I made it as a path to find a much better company.
    The challengesAs outsourcing company, they don't have care in their employees. Always 1 week delay before you get your salary. And the most bad thing, they will deduct you on time but they will not contribute it in Government Agencies such as SSS, PAG IBIG and PhilHealth. I wish this agency will be close sooner and never give a chance to operate again.

    The good thingsthe company where I assign was good but the management itself if I can give 0 start ill do it
    The challengesI was resigned 2 years ago and until now my benefits is still incomplete, Lot's of follow up and still no response I discourage all applicants not to apply in this agency
