Overall, a good company to work with.
The good thingsGreat opportunities that will allow you to learn things and excel in your career. Also great for newbies as long as they are willing to learn.
The challengesMost of the staff are already tenured. If you are an experienced in the industry, be prepared to bring new ideas to the table to impress them and try to observe and innovate things to make processing faster. Work is onsite with rare occurrences of WFH/Hybrid schedules.

    Very Good Experience and Learnings
The good thingsThe people, the location, the work experience and learnings, very nice facilities for recreation (if you would have the time and energy after work to partake in recreation).
The challengesLong hours with very poor compensation, intense work environment in the mining operations that can burn you out very easily, sometimes felt very unfulfilling. Almost no work-life balance due to the long hours.

    Good for starters
The good thingsSalary is above average for starter. An ISO certified company. The people in the island are good. Free housing and utility (electricity and water).
The challengesWorking hours is the real challenge, 12hrs of shift is no good for someone wanting to have a sideline. The environment is dusty as expected for a mining company. The prices of goods are higher than the mainland with little options. Transportation and entertainment are limited.
