    The challengesThe main challenge will be the proper communication from the Team Leads to the Team Members. There is a challenge when it comes to conversation as the leaders having a hard time expressing to the members

    Working too hard for a low paying & high standard company.
    The good thingsThe only good thing is the company has a complete equipment or (tools) for it's employees.
    The challengesThe company is too far and there is only 1 concessionaire, so there is no choice to buy or bring your own packed meal.

    The challengesTravel to work. It is too far from my home. Sometime i get sleepy in working hour but i meet the target everday. My only concern is the effect of less than 8hrs a day or resting or sleeping in my work and also in my health.

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues, So much things you will learn in this company. Good for starting your career.
    The challengesVery low salary yet a lot of work loads. Sometimes you will be required to have overtime. Very stressful but it all depends on what trade you are. You cannot say the work/life balance they're talking about for it is a very busy company.
