    No overtime pay on holidays and long hours
    The good thingsJust free food and accessible to transportation
    The challengesLong hours and no overtime pay. One time I worked on a holiday and we were asked to log out 10 minutes before the time but the 50 minutes were not counted and no overtime pay. I need experience so I stay but if you can avoid, avoid this place. They do not have compassion for new hires

    Working in seda is the best work I've been experience than my other work before because I've experience the best management to the employees they give us free meal and unli leave that other company don't have thats why I appreciate the most the seda hotel.
    The good thingsthey are friendly and its so happy to work with them a great pleasure and great opportunity that I've work in seda.
    The challengesIts so hard at first but you can strive and overcome all the challenges given the hotel to you, trust your skill and believed what you've got and always give your best shot for the good benefits of the hotel.

    It was great and everyone is welcoming including the supervisors.
    The good thingsThey do not pressure their employees. The employees are well taken care of. Everyone was treated equally and there was no favoritism at all. The supervisors are patient and understanding to the new comers. I would highly recommend Seda hotel as a place to work.
    The challengesNone. The company is great. You will find yourself having no complaints at all.
