It is incredibly frustrating and draining to find that the promises made during the hiring process have vanished once you start the job. I felt "baited and switched."
Also, the management is so toxic, you'll get chewed up by the system of 'cliques' and 'favoritism.' They’ll turn you into their servant, while they slack off and take it easy.
If you're a newbie who needs work experience, this is the best place to apply. Otherwise, if you're a workforce talent, think twice. Unless you're desperate to land a job

The good thingsYou will learn a lot because you will be forced to do work around solutions without the support from management
The challengesToxic work environment. Targets are unrealistic. If your department is performing well, your target will be adjusted to cover variances from other non-performing departments. And you will not be recognized on your initial performance.

Pangit ang employee relation ng company managementMaganda sa Job experience and development, yung mga kasamahan mo sa operation and field ay maasahan, nakakatulong sa pag unlad ng sarili,
Pero hindi maganda ang palakad ng management specially HR, scam ang sinasabi nila sa hiring and di sila madaling lapitan kapag naka onboard kana. Hindi sila makausap kapag may concern ka.

The good thingsGood Monthly salary and Good at first.
The challengesYour work is all self taught, in short you will teach yourself how to do your work and they will just provide you with turnover/recorded videos on how to do your work/reports. They also have high expectations to their employees. Toxic and not good for mental health.

Good place to learn but salary and benefits are really below market standard
The good thingsYou learn a lot from senior leaders during meetings and intimate discussions. Most teams you'll be working with are really collaborative and approachable. Good space for learning.
The challengesBenefits and perks are really outdated. Not much included in the benefits package. A lot of management decisions that directly affect employees are implemented on a whim.

The good things> if you want to learn alot, you will be expose on diffirent areas (load rotation is very frequent) as BCP by this company
The challenges- toxic management
- corporate politics is very prevalent / palakasan
- looong working hours
- prevalent internal gap between other sub units -- lots of process gaps and SOPs

No Coordination and Poor Management BUT WORK TIME IS FLEXIBLE HEHE...
The good thingsYou can enjoy Flexy time but that's all.
Some of the departments weren't coordinated properly.
The challengesReimbursement set-up won't help you save.
Plus, some of HR officers will give you silent treatments.

It is not always stressful, but it is frequently stressful due to the various customer transactions. Because things are hectic, the schedule should be adjusted as well.

Not an ideal workplace
The good thingsSome people are nice. Emphasis on the "some".
The challenges1. Long working hours that are not compensated.
2. Internal system is a huge mess. No organization whatsoever.
3. Weeks or months will pass before a simple request can be catered. And people won't even acknowledge your calls or emails. It is a common practice to ignore emails for weeks until they find the time to cater to your request.
4. Low salary. Rarely gets increases.
5. HR personnel are very hard to reach.
6. Some managers micromanage. Some even yell at meetings.
