    The good thingsThe management is nice. They are approachable and easy to work with. All my coworkers here were so great and easy to get along.
    The challengesDuring my tenure here the workload was quite full. And I had to make a decision to leave the company because transportation expenses went higher and I couldn't hold it anymore.

    The good thingsI had the great opportunity working closely with the CEO of this company and learned from one of the best. I cannot say enough good things to Boss Empoy, happy to be part of SDS Family.
    The challengesTalent recruitment and retention is a major challenge for me and for IT leaders—50% are currently struggling in this area.

    Awesome working here when you are looking to built your skills :)
    The good thingsIt was good working here, people was very approachable even the CEO. There's a lot of things you might learn here they will always give you the opportunity to experience the ability to take in-charge in any project.
    The challenges1 biggest factor that challenge working here was the compensation. It was to low but as expected for newbie IT professional.

    I'm happy to be part of Sd Solutions. I did learn a lot of things that we didn't tackle in class. I experience things that is likely i'm already an employee and treat me not just an ojt but an employee. Thanks Sd for such a great experience with you guys.
    The good thingsThe good things i enjoyed here in sd is that they are very accomodating and friendly. They treat you as part of the team already even if you're new.
    The challengesWell none so far because i enjoyed a lot of things and they're kind of friendly and they treat you like you're an actual employee. They train you for your future

    As an intern, it was a fun experience that would help you learn more.
    The good thingsI was given tasks/projects that allowed me to further my knowledge with the language. The first projects were simple enough for me to grasp the basic idea of how they work. Then when i was already capable of handling by myself, they were already giving me projects that i can do independently. Also they implement flexitime so it was an advantage for me.
    The challengesI had no major problems working with the company.

    The challengesthe company is really a time and skill driven. It is hard to catch up with the immense skills of the employees but they are very willing to guide every trainee along the way.

    The good thingsEmployees are very approachable. My team support has time to deploy applications or systems for the clients to test and to see if they can add more features that would make the application run fast or see some errors in it.

    It was a wild ride.
    The good thingsThe good things about working in SD Solutions is that you have time for yourself and your family and the tremendous amount of experience you'll get should give you the confident and skills in your next job.
    The challengesThe pressure to beat the deadline was immense. Sometimes you're given a task that somewhere as you go deep you'll learn you need to study more. But the biggest challenge was keeping up with your fellow developers, because they are very talented.
