    A company to retire for!
    The good thingsThe culture! I love the family culture here at Scriptmed! It feels like my second home. I am comfortable with the people around me, my bosses and all staffs. Anyone can speak one's own mind, people are encouraged to speak for the betterment of the company. Benefits are superb like rice allowance, retirement benefits and many more and the good thing is it is continuously being improved, thanks to our HR!
    The challengesJust like any other company, challenges are normal. The good things is this comoany is evolving and growing for the better.

    Not a good company to work for as it is a waste of time of your productive years and career growth. Low salary, high pressure
    The good thingsNone. The company has very low salary and many admin work to be accomplished and has no clear direction for employess. High pressure, low incentives
    The challengesThe company is highly politicized you need to be very good at sucking up with the manager just to get promoted and the management is not very sensitive to employee needs even the salary is low and there is too much admin work and multi tasking. No retirwment and progression plan

    The good thingsThe primary good thing about working for Scriptmed is that the product you will be promoting is 1st in the philippine market. You have no competitors when it comes to the product itself. It is proven effective and approximately 95% of my doctors uses this.
    The challengesThe product is a little expensive and is usually taken 3 times a day to delay the initiation of dialysis. Being a drug that works like a dialysis machine, adsorbing indole, indirectly your competitors will be your mds you prefer dialysis machines.
