    The good thingsMy supervisor is a good leader. My colleagues are friendly. The management is fair in handling their employees.
    The challengesDoing a task tag as urgent, unfortunately, after the task is being delivered the urgency is of no value.

    No bad reason to leave this Institute
    The good thingsThe management is supportive and innovative. Employees and staff are nice and friendly. The tasks are challenging and requires critical thinking, which I think help me increase my level of skills and experience.
    The challengesUndermanned community. Employees, although capable of doing many tasks at a time, still need extra hands in completing the work faster. Tons of workload affect the timeliness for each task.
