No bad reason to leave this InstituteThe good thingsThe management is supportive and innovative. Employees and staff are nice and friendly. The tasks are challenging and requires critical thinking, which I think help me increase my level of skills and experience.
The challengesUndermanned community. Employees, although capable of doing many tasks at a time, still need extra hands in completing the work faster. Tons of workload affect the timeliness for each task.
