    The good thingsGood environment, everyone is approachable and super nice.
    The challengesSo far, I've been working with them for 6months already and they're great but the pay tho is below average. A bit understandable since it's still pandemic but considering they're a big company I think it's a little unfair.

    Great performance is rewarded with more work.
    The good thingsThey give competitive salaries for accounting and finance personnel.
    The challengesUnequal distribution of work. Lack of disciplinary or corrective measures for irresponsible employees. Disorganized system. Slacking off or deflecting work to other departments/colleagues is considered "madiskarte". Long term effects are ignored in favor of short term gains. Process improvements are out of the question. Merely getting by day to day is the norm.
