    staffs are not attenyive to the needs of their people.many are employed because of favoritism.family of their employees are not their priority
    The good thingsthe so-called good employers in this company were already retired. what is left right now are the new ones and almost hires only those people who they think they can at the same time benefit from them.
    The challengesthe biggest thing i really felt disappointed is even if you stayed longer in the company they dont give a damn on it.once you got a mistake even if this thing is not done intentionally they will fire you ans wont listen to you even if you explain your side. they cannot even guarantee you when you transfer to another company.so sad to note...
