Promotions were based on competency and merit. Given that this company hones you every single day, most employees have actually experienced solid career advancement at such a short time. Salary Increases are generous year after year. Don't be surprised to see very young and \"expensive\" home grown Managers and Directors on the floor. The challengesThe company has undergone so much transformation in organizational structure in the last 5 years which to most of us rocked what could have been the perfect company. In a long period, we felt so much uncertainty as to our career paths and to our job security. The good thing however is that the company had been very generous and compassionate to the employees that had been impacted with the initiatives of \"Right-Sizing\". True to its word and employer brand, those that lost their job were compensated way way way above what the law requires of any company. The packages were so generous to the employee and to their families, making even the secured job owners wish that they can be redundated as well. The company is just awesome.
