Suggested Improvements for the HR DepartmentThe good thingsThe managers consistently exhibited a supportive and approachable demeanor.
The challengesLack of Training and Support:
One of the challenges I encountered was the limited training and support provided to new employees. As a Sales Executive, it is crucial to have a solid understanding of the products or services being offered. Unfortunately, I felt that the initial training period was insufficient, which made it difficult to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers. More comprehensive and ongoing training programs would greatly benefit new hires.
Inconsistent Policy Implementation:
There were instances where HR policies were not consistently implemented across the organization. This lack of consistency created confusion and undermined trust in the HR department. Clear and standardized policies, along with proper training for all employees, would ensure fairness and equal treatment.
