Centralized tip, free meal, monthly incentive if you'll hit the target (for regular staff only).i have worked with passionate workers, both front of the house and back of the house. You can see that they value their job dearly. Approachable head office staff and if you have concerns they'll really help you out. Been with their 3 branches, experienced their peak and slack stores. Has good promotional programs. Their cashiers back then are their managers today.
The challengesNo intensive training that is why they hire former or experienced f&b managers. One restday per week, also have tendency to work 13 straight days. System is not yet solid. Culture is not that good. If you are going to work here first time, i bet you are leaving sooner than you've expected. It is mandatory for their managers to do crew work, to sweep the floor, to serve the food, making them not to focus with their floor control. With learnings around the store, you have to discover it for yourself. Very manual when it comes to admin tasks. Work politics is significant than work ethics.
