Management is not approachable poor/old school management style and department heads will embarrass you Infront of peers and customers
The good thingsPeople that you work in a day to day basis will always support you unlike the management
The challengesPoor Management specially for the managers/head for each department too much unnecessary employee salary deductions, management wont listen to the employee's need and if we did not yield the results they want they will be mad and wont understand the working conditions of their employees.

Pro-management (does not listen to feedback) and Low Salary
The good things-Good for starters looking for solid experience and not really after the wage nor the benefits -You get to work with diverse set of people
The challenges-Pro management, does not really listen to staff (which is majority of the company) which results to high turn-over rate -High turn over rate: knows the source but chooses not to work on it and instead focus on just replacing those who are leaving the company -Thinks people are replaceable commodoties -No HMO -Has weekend schedule even for office positions -Management does not listen to suggestion and feedback and sticks to traditional practice which is not really effective for the present generation of applicants, employees, etc. -Has restraint budget for everything, even if it is for the betterment of our services -No freedom to make your own decision in regards to your duties and responsibilities, even though you are the one who knows what works and not, but still expect positive and quantitative based output (everything needs approval)

    Good company to work for.
The good thingsIt is good to work in Classic Savory if you want to gain an experience and to learn more new things about HR's environment especially in recruitment facet.
The challengesThe challenge in working as Recruitment staff is the seriously high turnover rate of employee. You have to be more hardworking and create an effective/efficient strategy for you to finish your workload in a stipulated time.

    A so-so work experience.
The good things8hrs duty with 2hrs break. Centralized tip, free meal, monthly incentive if you'll hit the target (for regular staff only).i have worked with passionate workers, both front of the house and back of the house. You can see that they value their job dearly. Approachable head office staff and if you have concerns they'll really help you out. Been with their 3 branches, experienced their peak and slack stores. Has good promotional programs. Their cashiers back then are their managers today.
The challengesNo intensive training that is why they hire former or experienced f&b managers. One restday per week, also have tendency to work 13 straight days. System is not yet solid. Culture is not that good. If you are going to work here first time, i bet you are leaving sooner than you've expected. It is mandatory for their managers to do crew work, to sweep the floor, to serve the food, making them not to focus with their floor control. With learnings around the store, you have to discover it for yourself. Very manual when it comes to admin tasks. Work politics is significant than work ethics.
