Good company to work for years.
The good thingsI enjoyed flying to great destinations and enjoyed the salary. I was able to work with people from different countries as well as serve passengers from all over the world. It was fun!
The challengesIt's just sad that airlines are greatly affected by the pandemic.

I can show you the world
The good thingsThere are lot of good things to be grateful on these job. Everyday meeting of different kind of people, their different cultures and traditions,.their beliefs etc. It is a hardworking job but the benefits are good apportunities,.travelling to different countries,.staying in a nice hotel, which i always look forward every after flight to relax, the complimentary breakfast, the spa etc. The free tickets for which i enjoyed using it for me to be with my family . The safety and the hospitality of the company itself which i found as a second family
The challengesEveryday is a challenge,..but the most important thing is how you deal with it,.how you manage and how you accept the challenge. It must have a passion or love with your work so that everthing will be easy,..patience is a big requirement on this job or any kind of job i must say. Because i believe it becomes a success in every after challenge,.and without a challenge there is no success.

it is a great company which offers career and personal growth
The good thingsThe benefits that they I availed are not only for myself but also for my dependents. I have learned also to handle different modalities which can be beneficial to patients. Furthermore, I have developed my patience with patients and their relatives who came irritated and deal with them diligently with sympathy and care. My colleagues were great and were all willing to help in case one of us needed it specially when dealing with patients who are in extreme conditions or cases.
The challengesThe greatest challenge that I encountered was learning to speak their language which is Arabic and to try to empathize with patients who are elderly and children who are in pain. Patiently and politely dealing with irrate patients and patients with down syndromes and patienta with cerebral palsy were difficult to deal with especially in giving instructions because they can not comprehend but with the help of the relatives the work can be successful.

    Travel while working
The good thingsMy perks as a cabin crew. Accomadation in 5 star hotel around the world. Salary is fine. Accomodation is free in the compound but take note for girls only.
The challengesThere is a saudization going on in Saudi Arabia so you will have hard time bringing your family compared before. You wi.live in the compound for free but you need to comply with curfew hrs 6am- 9am. Its hard and nearly impossible to get citizenship. About the company it fine, but you need to comply with strict rule as Saudia is reaching for 5 stars. You will expect difference in time. There will be different shift of work time in a span of one week as a cabin crew. I also worked in the admin office. The only challenge is the luck of substance in each department if you are an expat. You will have weaker network compared to Saudis you need to work hard to be recognized. Be careful with corporate politics. Just be honest to your work and be good example it will be a plus factor.

    My biggest plotwist in life.
The good thingsI gained knowledge beyond what I expected and my stay in Saudia is such an eye-opening experienced for someone like me who's very passionate and eager to learn everything about my field/industry.
The challengesThe challenge that I can say I've faced is being independent, where I really have to get things done on my own.

    International standards
The good thingsOne of best things that you need to look for in a company is that they value theyre employees. An i can definitely say that saudia airlines very much values all its employees from regular to contractual and even expats. Working for a globally known company have alot of perks and benefits.
The challengesEven in known companies, there are some difficulties. One of which is the seniority system. Although its not that hard but having alot of senior officers is abit challenging from choosing vacation leaves to work loads and the benefit to travel on flights that are full load.
