    Definitely a good training ground.
The good thingsWill develop confidence in dealing with the managers and the owners. Rank and file employees especially plant personnel are fun to be with. You will learn many things from them.
The challengesEmployees including managers cannot develop good decision making skills since their job will be at risks in any case the it will have a negative impact to the process/management. At the end of the day, technically, all decisions should be from the owners (too micro-manage).

    Great company!
The good thingsThe people are all nice. They support and respect each other. Company will send you to training. Fair enough in providing what is due to employees , they are soft in extending help to employees and treating them as a family, but strict in implementing rules and regulations.
The challengesThe traffic in the area and sat work.

    Where employees grow
The good thingsSuper fun team mates. I love the group. We laugh at things and challenges while we exert our best effort to meet our internal customer's expectation- the rush requests, files-finding, deadlines, etc. Very challenging yet, I would say, it made me a better person and professional. I like the quick decisions too. Even other departments had to support us if necessary.
The challengesThe location, Sat schedule and the volume of transactions.

    Great for Career Development
The good thingsSanyo will challenge you to think deeper and be more analytical. Lots of learning opportunities. Employees are trained and developed to reach their full potential.
The challengesAside from the General position, each employee should know at least two or more functional roles. That is a Win Win game. More functional roles, more learning.

The good thingsyour workmates especially supervisors and managers are really kind..they treat you fair..as long as you do your job well and done, they're nothing more to say. This is the good thing to have this kind of treatment to your coworker.. if you are happy with the environment..then everything will be HAPPY
The challengesthe counting between the system and actual stocks did not match... so you need to find the missing stocks.

    More cons instead of pros
    The good thingsGood Pay
The challengesThis company could add an anger management program to all its upper level employees, because they make irrational decisions when they are angry such as immediately firing an employee without further investigation. They could also remove the Saturday off the working schedule. As i have observed, Saturdays is the least productive day of the week.

    My Worse Experience
The good thingsI had the support of my superior. I was given enough freedom to decide on critical matters. I had the respect of my co workers. Family day is held with all immediate family members for free every year.
The challengesI was given so many work loads for a salary of a single position. The owner has a very bad attitude. Owner tends to interfere with company day to day activities instead of giving the responsibilities to his staff. Company is not paying their suppliers on time. Employees are being terminated without due process. Separation pay are given after one year from the day I resigned.

The good thingseasy to work with co-employees.
The challengesimprove the attitude of the top salesman to be more human and practical to what the company manufacturing resources can provide with that of the orders that need to be produced as scheduled.
