    It is enjoyable but the management is pushing you to work, because sometimes even if your family is why you should take a leave they will deny it.

    Workload is fine, management is good. It is a good company/job if you're starting your career.
    The good thingsYour department is really there for you. Good Management though it needs improvement.
    The challengesIf a problem occurred, it doesn't matter if it happened before you were the one in-charge or not. It'd fall as your fault which is the most challenging thing for me. The lack of knowledge on how things work and the loopholes in it is challenging too.
