Great, but some arrangements must be madeThe good thingsBosses are humble, the most humble ones you could work for. Generous and very active when it comes to employee engagements. The employees are important to them. My immediate supervisor has an affiliative leadership which is very fit to me. She lets me know what I need to know. She says what I need to hear without me getting offended.
The challengesSome boss have different type of leadership, which I respect too. But some rank and file employees act like their one of the big bosses just because they've been with the company for long years, and these are the 2-year course graduates. They should be disciplined by their immediate supervisor I think.
