    No work life balance. Always pressured at work because of your department.
    The good thingsKind people in other departments.
    The challengesTheir accounting department/teams were the worst ones. Rude and over confident people even though have no position, they treat old employees unvauable and low leveled specially the new ones. Very prideful and arrogant.

    Awful experience. No work-life balance.
    The good thingsLots of bonuses are given despite low salary rate.
    The challengesEmployees are treated as robots. Most of the department heads don't deserve to be in the position. All works are done by the rank and file and then credited to those with position. Career growth is impossible. Very low salary rate. Unvalued employees.
