    not for neurodivergents
    The good thingssome folks are genuinely concerned about their co-workers and are ready to help with your problems whether it's interpersonal or about the task you're assigned
    The challengesthere's no structure whatsoever with what things to do on a daily basis, so neurodivergent folks who struggle with structure are not for this company. they expect people to be able to work beyond the 8-5 working hours.

    The good thingsAs a neophyte, everything must be considered positive though things might be cranky at times. And in my work here, I was given tasks which I know might help me survive in this crazy world of career not only in this company but also in the anticipated job which I know I will have to plan yet. Jobs on hand are not the only good things this company may offer. People working with me are the BEST.
    The challengesIt was a challenge for me because I don't have yet the experience which greatly affected my confidence level. I can't blame my boss for whatever error I made because it was me who took the responsibility. But I found it uncomfortable working with my boss which I think is the challenge for to work there. And that is what I need to improve now. Now that I am working here in Saudi Arabia. Survive!
