    The good thingsThis company provides exemplary employee benefits and very good career paths for each employee. A company you work till you decide to retire. An employee union is present so employees are safeguarded from abuse.
    The challengesSalary rates are average though as you stay longer, it becomes better. There is of course the high pressure environment to perform as with any globally leading company. But for as long as you do perform, recognition is present.

    The good thingsThe employer has good relationship with the Employees Union. The company allowed the Employees Union to express their rights and question the company policy especially that will directly affect the employees. The employer also gives benefits thats beyond what is mandated by law. They give bonus up to 15 months, OPD allowances, Health insurance which includes our parents even we are married,
    The challengesThe challenge is that there is intrigues and politics that would greatly affect the working relationship of the employees. Sometimes the management did not have time to know the employees individually.
