    The good thingsNear to my hometown and good co-employee relationship same with my superior, complete benefits like 13th month pay, bunoses, health care, free accommodation and yearly promotion depends to your performance
    The challengesActually the challenge that i been experience is that, sometimes pendeng of work due to lack of materials in need. Only 1 technician in day shift and 1 for night shift and we have no assistant in case of emergency especially if the trouble of the machine is on night shift. Our machines is combanation of mechatronics, calibration controlled by PLC advance
