The good thingsWhat I enjoyed most while working in bills payment was helping customers complete their transactions smoothly and accurately. I liked interacting with different people every day and assisting them with their payments in a friendly and professional manner.

The challengesOne challenge in working in bills payment is handling long lines and busy hours, especially during peak days. Sometimes customers become impatient, so improving queue management and adding more staff during busy periods could help provide faster and smoother service.

The good thingsworking as a cashier in Sm is difficult at first of course you are not used to it but after a while you will enjoy it because you will gradually learn. What I learned when i was working at savemore is to learn to get along with co -workers and be patient and humble with customers.

The challengesMake sure that collect the right money and give back the correct change so I won't run short when it's time to check off. Dealing with rude, mean, and unreasonable customers.

The good thingsI enjoyed the work environment that Sanford Marketing Corporation provides. I also enjoyed the work even though it gets me sweating a lot but it is well deserved and I enjoyed the learning every day and dont want it to end. I also enjoyed helping other merchandisers position their stocks in the Gondolas with ease together with a some good throwing and catching.I as well enjoyed the fact that i can just work and rest all at the same time without much scolding and hatred from the top management which is very good. And lastly I also enjoyed how to make stock look presentable for the boss to see as I arrange everything properly without much lacking.

The challengesThe things that I did not enjoy about Sanford Marketing Corporation was that I cannot use phone in the midst of duty which was a bit of a problem considering that there might be some emergency calls and I cannot attend to them.
