    The good thingsFriendly team members and boses. Annual team building. Management think about safety of the employees specially in calamities.
    The challenges- There's no actual training - Ok salary - Sometimes work go beyond what is said

    The company is a good stepping stone for a fresh graduate people. The perks are good too!
    The good thingsThe perks of having a company outing all free expense, having a 14th month bonus pay, salary increase yearly
    The challengesThe Travel time. Way from home to the office are always toxic due to traffic back the fort.

    The good thingsAlways learning new skills. Management is generous to their employees and Sandman has a good office location, I don't need to travel to Makati or BGC everyday.

    The good thingsSandman would immerse you further into the basics of software development. They're an excellent company specially for fresh graduates as they will expedite your development into an excellent working individual and would give you lessons you'll learn for the rest of your career. If you're a fresh graduate, I highly suggest checking them out for available position, you won't regret it.
    The challengesTraining is totally based on memory and experience which sometime might cause trouble to the trainee but it's otherwise a good experience and it cultivates good communication between co-developers.
