    My summary about today of SIPI is not accept challenge and innovation, The management work only for what is in there. Nothing but worthless management.
    The good thingsBefore the work environment was great and indeed and Good relation of employees to the top management. But before pandemic and after pandemic it was worsen.
    The challengesThe managemant today was not good corporate, looking for cost down in any aspect even the best practice was needed demolished. The CEO is not looking for the new project instead looking for nothing.

    The good thingsCareer progression was one of the best thing ATP Inc. can offer. Great opportunities to travel abroad thru trainings and convention. Exposure with local and international OEM Customers were one of the highlights of my career with ATP.
    The challengesImplementation of changes due to quality claims and recurring quality problems was a tough battle with the production team. But thru series of meetings and explaining its benefits, transition was an ease and everybody enjoy the re-gained trust from our Customers.
