This was my first and last job where, over 19 years, I learned extensively through multitasking, contributing to the company's growth from eight secretaries to nearly 80 employees in the office only.The good thingsI began my career at a company that had just started in the business world. Over time, I had the privilege of witnessing and contributing to its remarkable growth and success, transforming it into a thriving company. The journey was made even more rewarding by the positive work environment, supportive officemates, and an exceptional boss who provided valuable guidance and encouragement.
The challengesThis was my first job and last job at the company, where I had the opportunity to learn a great deal due to multi tasking. When I started, there were maybe 5 or 8 secretaries, but by the time I resigned, the office staff had grown to nearly 60 or 70 employees. I am proud to say that I remained loyal to the company, dedicating more than 19 years of my career to its growth and success.
