    A good place to start a promising career
    The good thingsFriendly and dependable employees, great management, decent perks and benefits. You also get to learn the basics of some computer applications which tend to be used a lot in other workplaces.
    The challengesThe company could work on delegating tasks better in order to avoid overlapping tasks and/or too many tasks for a few number of employees. Schedules in this company can be tiring for those who seek work-life balance.

    The good thingsAble to access the machine in operating procedure related to the assigned station designated into. Able to encode the achievement given every shift and to monitor the quantity given vs the actual quantity produced. Able to follow 5s and 3 fix depending on the designated location.
    The challengesEncountering different types of non-conformities that may escape to the next process. Encounter machine problem that may affect the quality of the product or finished goods. Encounter many rejects that is unacceptable yet undergoing a series of disposition whether it is acceptable or ready for disposal.

    Nice administration
    The good thingsCo workers are easy to be with. They will give you time to study the whole process before you can get yourself alone. Payroll is never delayed. Superiors are sometimes strict but overall you can get in touch with them during breaktimes and can give you advices. Good benefits. Good company.
    The challengesLow salary. You have to render overtime and work 7 days a week if you want better income. Nevertheless, overtime is not mandatory.
