    The good thingsI enjoyed the people I worked with and the camaraderie we had. I like the spiritual nourishment such as retreats, recollections and masses. I like the activities which were carefully conceptualized for the students. Also, the fun and recreation activities for the employees.
    The challengesThey could have offered a more competitive salary for employees; Enhancement of work delegation for each department; Show more appreciation to the hard work and effort of the employees.
