    The good thingsFrom printing crates to making artwork screens for the machine and making artworkscreens to other plant factories its very challenging work

    The good thingsVery near from I live. About 30minutes walk can do.
    The challengesShifting schedule every three duties. Specially on the third day of our afternoon duty. You've came out at 10 pm, then the next day we work at morning shift.

    The good thingsThe working environment is excellent. It treats everyone as family which for me should be on any company because it promotes cooperation and teamwork. The people are great because they provide/give you opportunities to perfect the skills you want to have and master. There maybe sometimes stress and pressure as every company has, the people around you still keeps away you from the bad vibes and help you motivate on working. You will always end the day with a smile. :)
    The challengesThere is nothing really negative to say about the company, because for me, the working environment is top priority. Salary is average but is compensated by really great benefits.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working here for the first five years of my career. Due to new learning experiences and good salary. There are benefits for the employees and for dependents also. However, you need to pay for your depedents and extended family unlike with the other companies.
    The challengesThere are new learnings and good compensation in the company. However, there are lots of challenges. Some are relationship with your co-workers and your boss. Also, slow promotion of employees. I deal with it by having a possitive attitude and patience.

    The good thingsA great place to start your career. People work here are young and friendly. Very easy to learn the flow of work. machines are running in automatic. supervisors and other team leaders are very willing to support and teach you about the production. A lot of overtimes and room to grow and develop yourself. a lot of bonus and compensations.
    The challengesbecause this is a production company the challenge here is you need to work in shifting schedule to reach the target production quota for the day. twelve hours of work six times a day. one day rest day for operation's technician. regular working schedule for office employees. hard to schedule vacation leaves because of production schedule.
