    Lots of pressure the management will blame all the cause to the supervisor, work load is not for 1 man (too many workload for 1 man) no proper training conducted to employees.

    Being an intern at san miguel brewery inc. is indeed a great opportunity and experience i had.
    The good thingsi had a lot of good things that i experienced while being an intern at san miguel brewery because they gave me an opportunity to do actual works and they treat me very well i can really get along to alot of my seniors because they are really a good person and i see that they really prioritized and gives importants to their work so i get really motivated also to work hard even though im just an intern.
    The challengesI think they really had a good work environment, the employees are very hard working they really prioritized their work and i guess there is nothing bad i can say because for 3 months that i stayed in that company i really had a good time and experienced alot of good things that i can use in my real work.
