    Great nurses
    The good thingsThe environment is great. Everyone is friendly. Eve now I visit them even the security guards recalls me and great me. I never regret working in a great hospital like sjdefi. They treat you not just an employee but as family. Everyone is very professional when it comes to work. My supervisor, head nurses up to nusing direction are very suppprtive and helpful for everyone's professional growth.
    The challengesYou have to continue update your skills and knowledge to be able to do your job accurately. We handle people life and we should always know what to do. If you suspect anything unusual to your patient, never hesitate to report to your superiors and of course update doctors regarding there patients status.

    The good thingsWorking in sjdefi is an excellent experience that you will gain knowledge and be able to apply your knowledge in university in the clinical area.
    The challengesi would have suggested that every staff should be rotated in one area to another to enhance the knowledge and skill not only in one specialty but multiple sub-specialty.
