    Working at San Beda University is great though their IBED is located at Taytay so I have to suffer the daily transportation just to get to Taytay Rizal.
    The good thingsGood thing is they have very good facilities especially for teachers. Don't be scared of any rumors spreading.
    The challengesNothing. I just didn't enjoy the transportation from home to work. Well, that is quite time consuming.

    The challengesThe management is horrible. Most are underqualified but are promoted anyway. The school will improve if they start putting their best teachers at the helm.

    My life as a teacher is worth living.
    The good thingsFor 17 years, my employer has molded me to become a committed and responsible teacher. It is in this institution that I learned how to relate well with others of different ages. My fellow teachers taught how to be patient with each other. My students showed me value of youthfulness. I thank God for the opportunity to learn.
    The challengesThe school where I am working could improve serving the poor sector that needs financial assistance for their education. It needs to constantly show its love for the poor. While the school community seems to cater to the rich, it should do more programs for the marginalized. Education should be for all sectors of the society.

    The good thingsFriendly, Very helpful & Understanding not only the employer and also the environment. You have this called stress free even those hectic schedule, lots of applicants, inquiries or etc. in regards to data entries, grading, scheduling & assessments for employer, teachers & students (law).
