    Good learning experience with *SEMPHIL*
    The good thingsAs a fresh graduate who got accepted in semphil, I consider it as a learning experience for me. Working in a manufacturing setup can be really exhausting, but in terms of technical and communication capabilities, I believe that semphil had prepared me for larger and may be, bigger encounters in my professional career.
    The challengesSalary is low; 6days work day (which is expected in a manufacturing setup); extremely fast paced industry. Working Semphil/ manufacturing is not really that bad - I think people have to weight if these learning experiences are more worth it than their convenience.

    The good thingsthe good things that i liked in samsung is that they let the employees engage in a lot of activities such as Birthday bash, outdoor activities, I-link etc.
    The challengesthe amount of work given to a single person is equal to the amount of work given to several people in other companies, this is the problem that we are facing as of today.
