Good learning experience with *SEMPHIL*The good thingsAs a fresh graduate who got accepted in semphil, I consider it as a learning experience for me. Working in a manufacturing setup can be really exhausting, but in terms of technical and communication capabilities, I believe that semphil had prepared me for larger and may be, bigger encounters in my professional career.
The challengesSalary is low; 6days work day (which is expected in a manufacturing setup); extremely fast paced industry. Working Semphil/ manufacturing is not really that bad - I think people have to weight if these learning experiences are more worth it than their convenience.
