    Don't fall for their ads
The good thingsExcellent teachers, QA and trainers. Awesome students and curriculum from their Japanese account
The challengesIncompetent HR and Workforce coordinator, not open to suggestions and new ways. Salary and appraisal does not match the contract. Unclear policies which are regularly updated but not disseminated properly. Poor staff scheduling and planning led to 6-day work week with mandatory overtime work every weekend. HMO is just a promise. VLs are only a dream.

It was ok until the going gets rough
The good thingsSalary is okay. Your colleagues are friendly. The Japanese Client is very understanding.
The challengesThe management/employer is not supportive. The compensations are not worthy. No medical benefits. Incentives change drastically almost every quarter depending on the situation. You'll be working 6 days a week and only allowed to go on vacation leaves once every quarter.
