    It is a great opportunity to learn, experience and explore here.
    The good thingsThe community and the culture is great and friendly. HR makes sure that staff is happy and goes above and beyond to train and makes sure that employees are not burned out. Working with teammates is a joy and the job itself is fun.
    The challengesWorking to meet the needs of two departments whose activities and programs are different. Specially when field work is involved, reports and other tasks are left undone.

    The good thingsThe wonderful things I enjoyed with the organization is the support system from the top management level up to the grassroots.
    The challengesWorking with the poor villages in remote communities with a different language poses a different level of challenge but was compensated with the cooperation from our local staff who were great and awesome.

    The good thingsIt was a life changing experience working with Samaritan's Purse especially the people involved in it. The top senior management never failed to support us in every aspect, the care they showed was life moving and they always enlighten and encourages us to work with a purpose, empowered our skills and serve with love and integrity.

    Working with Samaritan's Purse is Awesome
    The good thingsSamaritan's Purse is an equal opportunity employer and gave all employees and staff to grow in their service and career. The organization gives wonderful support system to all staff especially the international field staff. The organization does not only give good salary and support but also includes the welfare of the staff both logistically and morally.
    The challengesI enjoyed every bit of my time working with Samaritan's Purse. Working with staff with high morale as they also value their work being part of the organization makes the job experience very memorable. The only challenge was during times of writing and submitting proposals for funding as it a lot of patience to convey the passion to our partners.

    The good thingsThere are three good things that I have to say with this organization: 1. There are people who are more than willing to walk the extra mile to help you with your boarding; 2. There are those who are just happy to have a new colleague; 3. There are those who just love to spectate while others fall, enjoys the politics within the organization, and grabs every credit they can have.
    The challengesAn non-profit organization may not always be a good company to rely your future on.
