    Benefits are okay but...
    The good thingsThere are a lot of company-initiated benefits offered in this Law Firm that would definitely attract applicants. There is also an annual salary increase and allowances.
    The challengesHowever, the work environment is too toxic and expect working long hours. There are limited company engagement activities and it's all just work.

    It was fun working with lawyers. They were just as \"kalog\" as we are.
    The good thingsThey give us good food in every occasion we celebrate, (ei. Birthday Party, Weekend wind up, Christmas Party etc.)
    The challengesStorage room is very small. Documents are everywhere, its one major problem in tracking the documents.

    The good thingsI had the opportunity to work with Lawyers, understand some of the legal terms, contracts, decisions and connections.
    The challengesSometimes it hard to deal with people who knows the law. They (lawyers) normally insist on thier own beliefs, standards and processes. It always requires me to provide evidence, proof in order for them to convince the prospective ideas and system.
