    As an R&D intern
    The good thingsEach intern is given an individual task whose objectives must be met by the end of the internship period. Our boss always checks up on us on a weekly basis to ensure that we are meeting with our agreed upon deliverables. There is also a tour of their salt farm in Bolinao which is both interesting and fun. At the end of the internship. everyone presents their accomplishment, and there is an overnight at Hundred Islands.
    The challengesNo salary, though lunch and snacks are free. Lack of equipment for experimentation but easy to request if really needed.
