My Suzuki ExperienceThe good thingsWorkmates were very good to work with; they were fun and professional as well. They always consider excellence in what they do. They always cater ti each and everyone's need/s so to ensure a smooth flow of operation and to serve the customers pretty well. Company is growing and have good benefits like health insurance.
The challengesThe company is still young, about 3 years old. Problem is though they seem to be very frugal in almost everything. I understand that they should, as much as possible, spend less to increase revenue but not to the expense of having people work 2 to 3 positions for the price of minimum wage with so much high expectations and demands. System used is also very old. Not much proper trainings too.
