Working with Saint Louis University was empowering and enriching.
The good thingsSaint Louis University instilled in me autonomy and resilience in my teaching. It made me grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Saint Louis University contributed much to my well being because it did not only promote my over all growth including my free tuition since I took up my masteral degree until I completed all my academic units in my doctoral degree, but the well being of my family also. My four children got one hundred per cent free tuition fees from kinder to college plus other benefits.
The challengesThe only thing I did not enjoy in this company was since globalization started, I had to go from one building to another in order to teach all colleges like from sixth floor of an engineering building, next period I had to go to the seventh floor of the humanities building, etc.
