You can play music even on speakers in an average volume. As per my experience, my teammates are nice and helpful, from Unit Head to my Team Leader.They offer above average number of VLs & SLs.
The challengesLongest time of an HR manager to administer is 6mos. - 1 year. Reason unknown. Commissions? You can get as low as the amount of Starbucks coffee. Really depressing. Some bosses can treat you like thin air as if you don't exist especially when you don't hit the quota. Perf assessment has been changing since year 1.
