    The good things· Nidec is seeking technician to operate equipment optimally, timely and effectively in a safe and organized manner to meet output requirements while ensuring that product quality meets required specifications.
    The challenges· Conduct preventive maintenance and machine adjustment during no roduction. Doing such preventive maintenance reports and some technical reports.

    A Great Journey
    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because even if I'm new with the place since I'm from Cebu the people I worked with were so accommodating. My immediate superiors were great. It is with this company that my efforts were being applauded and I was promoted as their head after a year working there. My duties and responsibilities there were very challenging which I really like to do and excited to work. :) .
    The challengesThe challenges I found there were when I sent proposals to different clients and let them avail our HR Executive search. I me with different managers / owners of the company and show them my presentation in terms of our services in order for them to sign the contract immediately.
