    Stressful!!!
    The good thingsThe company is not strict with leaves even if you file it the day before your leave.
    The challengesworst management. Too many unprofessional employees. Toxic working environment. Salary is very low even for professional employees.

    Too good to be true?
    The good thingsDepends upon the boss one will be assigned. Salary / any compensation is ok depending on what your job will be.
    The challengesAlthough having the agreed salary, duties and responsibilities grow much faster than the compensation and position. One can be doing the job of supervisors but having a "contractual" position. reshuffle of personnel happens too frequent due to non functioning sections/superiors.
