    The good thingsFriendly co-workers. friendly CEO, Generous overtime pay. Lots of projects and improvements that would make you work harder and smarter. Exact opposite of boring. Lots of company events and parties! Attractive benefits and bonuses.
    The challengesMandatory overtime in order to catch up with deadlines. Limited manpower / short-staffed. Lack of planning time when it comes to delivering projects.
